Oxford Village Townhomes offer newly remodeled apartment homes with eco-friendly updates, including new furnaces, new insulation and weatherized windows. Each townhouse also has a private attached garage with laundry hookups. HUD-Section 8 program allows low and moderate-low income people the opportunity to live in safe, sanitary and decent housing while paying rental amounts equal to 30% of their adjusted gross income.
